Skip Intros.
Wolfenstein: The Old Blood has a reasonably lengthy intro sequence and unfortunaltely skipping it does not reduce time to menu significantly. This is because the intro movies are also used to disguise game load time. In order to skip as much of the intro as possible navigate to the steamapps\common\Wolfenstein The Old Blood\base\bink directory (1) and delete/rename/move the loadvideo_pc_xboxone.bik file (2). I simply added a _ as a prefix. This will prevent the game from reading the movie and so it will skip this step. Note that while the game loads you will simply get a black screen. If you at any point verify your game cache through steam then the intro movie will be added back in.

SLI/Xfire and surround/eyefinity fixes.
On my system SLI scaled poorly, as soon as usage went above 100% on one card performance tanked. While it's possible to simply run the game at settings so low that the second card is never used to get reasonable fps it may be better to simply disable sli/xfire for this game. Unfortunately multi-monitor gaming is broken slightly, for example the movies do not display correctly. Flawless Widescreen had a fix, but a game update has since broken that fix. At time of wring there was no method to get the game to display correctly on a multi-monitor setup. Let me know in the comments if this has changed or if you know of another strategy.
Lowering your resolution.
This game will auto-detect your desktop resolution and it will only allow the game to be run at that resolution when in fullscreen mode. There is a workaround for this however. First find WolfOldBlood.exe in the game directory here: steamapps\common\Wolfenstein The Old Blood. Right click WolfOldBlood.exe (3) and select properties (4), then select the compatibility tab (5). On this tab check the "override high DPI scaling behaviour." checkbox (6) and then click the Apply button (7). Once this has been done launch the game and go into the game's graphics settings. First, select windowed mode, then choose the resolution you want the game to run at. After that you may press Alt+Enter to return to fullscreen mode again, whilst maintaining a lower resolution than your native resolution.

Crash to desktop.
I found that this game would run into repeated crashes to desktop. Unfortunately after having the exact same CTD three times in a row the game also corrupted my save file. I was unable to rectify this issue, or recover my save file either. I would suggest that anyone be sure to back up their saves if they experience a CTD and that an appropriate first step would be to verify the game files.
Cut scene audio not in sync.
In some cut scenes you may find that the audio does not match up with the video. From what I can gather this is due to the frame rate of the game being too low; some suggested fixes are to disable vsync (and enable it via drivers not the in game settings) and lower the in game resolution.
Downsampling.
Down sampling is a technique in which the game is rendered at a much higher resolution than the monitor is capable of displaying and then the picture is down sampled to match the display's resolution. By doing this anti-aliasing is applied to everything in game, but at the cost of fps. Nvidia users without sli and running standard resolutions can use DSR to perform down sampling or by creating a custom resolution in nvidia control panel to enable higher resolutions in game. AMD users have access to something similar, though without an AMD system I am unable to test this (comment below and let me know). Finally users that are running sli or multi monitors can use this method to down sample and get rid of those jaggies. Choose the method below that best suits you and follow those instructions.
